This morning as I was heading into work at around 623am one of the R&R plumbing trucks was driving erratically weaving in and out of traffic. He was speeding and cutting people off. He also blew through two stop signs right in front of me. I would never use a company who dose not care about the safety of others!
I was given RR plumbing as a reference to restore an outdated piece of plumbing. Before going there I had been to several hardware stores and then a plumbing supply. Nobody had the part. When I walked in to RR they had the piece ready and it worked perfectly. Thanks for the great service and going the extra mile.
Was given a service window of 10-12. At 1:15, I called the office and found out they weren't coming out. No call. No text. No email. Nothing to let us know they wouldn't be there. Awful communication.
