The plumber and the supervisor came out, did not find the problem, stated that they will send a camera man out to use a camera down the drain to find the problem. Its been a week and still no one came by. We're unable to use our shower without our house flooding, paid over $700 for what ? Nothing Service: Plumbing leak detection

I hope I have the right location. Today at my job we had a tech come out, I believe his name was Eric, and he was awesome! He was very kind and helped us solve our leak issue. Thanks so much to this tech he was wonderful!

Got a tankless a few years ago and it's already leaking. Since under warranty called them and went with no hot water for 3 days waiting on appointment. Then after taking work off they call 30min before appointment and say we don't service them so your SOL. So warranty is completely worthless and out the money to get a new one installed. I'll never use them again for anything. They will probably be fine to clear a drain but if your getting new equipment go with a company that can/will help when/if the equipment fails under warranty. I even already had a RMA for the tankless and know I would have to pay for it to be installed. They didn't even want to bother and it would have been a easy install since everything was already set up for the same water heater.
