We had a service emergency. Dustin at Roy Rogers Heating reached to me on social media. He was at my house 1st thing the next morning. The problem was diagnosed, options discussed and a plan was made. The parts were an issue and Dustin kept problem solving the issue. We decided to go ahead and install a new system. The company was at my home the next morning bright and early ready to get to work. We are are very pleased with the prompt attention, the quality of service and communication. We will continue to recommend Roy Rogers Heating.

Roy Rogers Heating and Air are super nice and professional. I reached out to Dustin about adding duct work in our basement which led to new furnace/ac unit and duct cleaning. He was very responsive to come give us a quote and we were booked the following week. All the work was done in one day. Highly recommend them! They definitely take care of their customers and care.
