Cameron was able to walk me through the process of getting my new roof installed. He went over all the steps and detailed all the material used on my roof replacement. He made the process very comfortable and easy for me
Ethan, the salesman, was very professional and went above and beyond. I told him my concerns about a tarp not covering the worst spot on the roof, and he got on the roof and put another over that one….Tyler, his manager, is very responsive and on the ball. Trojan roofing has been the best so far. Their customer service was spot on and the job was done very efficiently. I’m a very picky person so I thank you for being so patient. Despite being salesmen, I didn’t feel like you were forcing your sales onto me (this has happened to me with past companies just trying to get paid) but Trojan roofing really let me know that they truly just wanted to help me and my situation.
