We were experiencing a leak in our roof and so we called Trojan to come out and look at it. From the beginning, the representatives seemed more concerned with trying to get a sale than actually fixing the issue at hand. It was determined that the issue was the boot, but the representatives kept pushing the idea of getting a whole new roof for thousands of dollars more. We expressed our discomfort numerous times to where they eventually said they would caulk the roof for $300 but wouldn’t provide a warranty for their services. We ended up contacting another company that determined that the roof did not need to be replaced for another 11 years and quickly replaced the boot in a timely manner.
