VIP owner Sara Brown came out personally to help me with the hail damage to my roof. She took the time to educate me on how the insurance was going to pay out and after the estimate came from the insurance inspector in with the wrong, read inferior, type of shingles, she helped me to get the insurance adjusted to the correct replacement and met with the adjuster to go over the initial quote and showed them where the errors on the original quote were and after that it was smooth sailing from there. They are the best and I can't thank them enough.

VIP installed my new roof I had hail damage to my roof. I didn't know that the roof was damaged Vip did an assessment of my roof and found excessive hail damage and I filed a claim with my insurance company. The contractor helped me through all the phases of the process and two weeks later I had a new roof. Great roofing crew on the roof and done in 1 day.
