Jim Smith is interested and willing to listen about your project, and offers his perspective about the task, including a guestimate price at times. My last project included replacing 2 casement windows. Jim did his research and came up with a solution at a fair price. He went one step further by calling me a few weeks later before signing any agreement to let me know of another alternative window that was not only lower in price but could be obtained quicker and was more desirable based on the location where the windows were installed. Dealing with the insurance company and adjusters to get approval for our roof replacement was not an easy task but Bryan went out of his way to make sure insurance had all of the pictures, reports, & documents they needed to get the claim approved.
