Save your money. I hired this company back in 2018 to come fix a leak in my roof. I paid a pretty penny for them to “seal” my roof. They even gave me a warranty for 3 years instead of the basic 2 years. I was initially very happy and wanted to use this company to put a new roof on my house when it came time. Last year when I called because my roof was still under warranty and was leaking in a new spot. When I asked if my roof was still under warranty, the gentleman immediately said no. It wasn’t until I looked at my own paperwork from they gave me that it showed it was still under warranty. They sent a guy out who said I had some nails that popped up and all he did was jump on my roof and tapped them back down with no sealing or anything. Told me that’s all that needed to be done. I’ve been battling the same spot leaking again for months. Now my warranty is up and I’m going to have to call another roofing company to come fix the same spot they said they fixed. Buyer beware. We hired this contractor to fix a roof leak we experienced after a strong storm. We were charged $1000 for "a few minutes" of work to seal up the leak. This resolved our immediate issue. We had another leak pop up, they came out and fixed it. We were sold a 6-year "CSR" warranty for an additional cost to cover minor repairs on our roof and an annual inspection. I noticed a couple of missing shingles on 3/31/2022 and tried to contact the company. Their voicemail was full and I got no response on their Facebook page. We had a storm come through so I understood they were likely busy. I tried again on 4/5/2022 and they said they had been busy but would have someone out on 4/8/2022. They had issues locating our CSR, which concerned us (we have copies of all our paperwork). I called again on 4/12/2022 because no one came out on the 8th and was told someone would be out on the 15th.
