I cannot say enough GOOD things about my experience with BJ Heating & Cooling! Extremely professional and knowledgeable, completed the job in one day to install a new high-efficiency heat pump, and they left my utility room in better condition than when they arrived! Even though I had to wait several months for the availability of the Bryant heat pump due to supply chain constraints, it was worth the wait. I strongly encourage everyone to contact BJ Heating & Cooling if you need repairs, maintenance or a new installation. Best of all... they're good people! I had a leak from my AC unit coming into my home and was very worried I might be facing a large repair bill. I scheduled an appointment online and received a call in less than 30 minutes. Within an hour I was contacted by Jayson who was already en route. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my issue (clogged condensate drain) and also educate me on how to prevent it from happening again. Fantastic company with fantastic technicians..... I truly couldn't have been more pleased by my service experience with BJ Heating and Cooling.

Jayson was absolutely fantastic. Called when he was a few minutes out and knew exactly what was wrong. He also made sure everything else with the air conditioner was good and didn't need anything else. Recommend him and BJ for your HVAC needs!
