Curtis was very courteous and professional. I appreciate that he took the time to explain what needed to be done. I called for bathtub drain cleaning, but Curtis showed me how the pipes had been installed incorrectly and why my drain was clogging so frequently. Our kitchen and bathroom sinks have been backing up for several weeks. After trying a few simple DIY fixes for clogged drains with no luck, we decided to finally call to set up an appointment. We called on Monday and they were able to come on Tuesday afternoon. They said they would arrive between 2-4pm, and he arrived around 2:40. The kitchen drain was fixed within minutes, but the bathroom gave him all sort of problems and began leaking when draining. Charles went to the store to grab parts and stayed until the job was done correctly. I want to say it was around 5:45 when we finished up or so. He was very professional, kind, had a high quality of work, cleaned up after he was finished, and even kept us laughing too! We were pleased with the pricing and it's comforting to know that the work comes with a 6-month guarantee.
