Five Stars all the way! Phil answered his phone at 3am and assured us his crew would have us taken care of by days end. By late afternoon his electrician was at our home and a couple of hours later AES had us hooked back up. Very fair pricing for the job, especially considering the storm damage was on a Saturday. Very professional staff both at the office and the employees who came to my house. I had 220 line installed and do to my circuit panel they had to relocate and move things all around to make it work. They also install another outside receptacle and the overall finished job on both areas was outstanding. Highly recommended and will use again if needed. If I could give zero stars, I would. They changed an entire 200 watt electrical system to a 100 watt system because it was "easier." (mind you, everything in the house was set up for 200 watt, besides the wiring). I have had nothing but issues with my outlets not working, brand new light bulbs blowing etc, since I have moved in. I also requested a copy of the receipt and invoice with my name on the account and they refused to give it to me! I would never recommend such a company. Customer service is horrible. In reply to your reply: This request was a buyer's request for the seller to pay for it. Also, the original quote had my name on it (I still have that). Additionally, you were calling me the morning it was scheduled for information, so now when it is convenient for you to not comply to a request for a receipt, you changed the name on the order to the seller's name. I had no issues getting receipts from any of the other 3 places I requested work to be completed on behalf of
