Frank Monroe replaced my air conditioner in July 2021 and they still have not completed the job after being paid last year. I have called several times and spoke to Steve with no success. While the air conditioner was replaced I have been asking to have the job completed since January 2022. Service: A/C system repair

On 18th Nov 2021 this extremely knowledgeable and absolutely “customer centric employee” I ask for recognition for his professionalism, dedication to customer centric and represents Frank Monroe HVAC with the highest respect. This occurred on 18th Nov, where Ryan came to my home because of heating problem I had, and his knowledge quickly went into action by conducting safety checks and problem solving. Ryan listened to the customer and gave solution to fixing my problem and it was better than any other HVAC company in Sellersburg, New Albany, or Clarksville. While his dedication to getting my problem resolved with absolute perfection, he did so with professionalism of a customer care center expected. During the 30 minutes call, he was meticulous in addressing each step of the process and more than anything else “made the customer feel”
