Highly recommend! I can't say enough good things about Doug and his wife. They were a blessing to me today. My cold water handle broke off due to the shower curtain falling on it. Doug was out the same day I called him and had it back operational in no time. The charges were more than reasonable and he had what he needed on hand. I certainly appreciate his timely repair and not charging me an arm and a leg. Thanks so much!

I can't say enough good things about Doug Pate. He went above and beyond to help me. He went several places to find the specific water heater needed, without success. When he couldn't find one in stock, and knew it would be 2 to 3 weeks to order and receive one, he found a solution. He used a regular water heater and modified it to work. He had to slightly enlarge the doorway it needed to fit through as it was too large. He took it in stride and did it. I'm so pleased with his work and concern for getting the job done, I won't call any other plumber in the future. Due to the type of water heater used, an electrician had to lengthen the power cord for it, but Doug was careful to check and make sure that was okay with me. It was a very small cost compared to the inconvenience of having no hot water for an extended period of time. Each step of the way Doug was careful to make sure I agreed with his plan, and I'm delighted with the outcome. You can't go wrong using Pate Plumbing!
