Asked for Summers to provide me a tankless water heater. They came out gave me advice and an estimate. Came out soon after and coordinated well with gas company for new tank install. New water heater is great. No mess left behind. And even better total price was under what was quoted. Highly recommend these guys and appreciate what they did for me. Outside line set was not neatly installed like they did my daughters home. Its functional, but awful appearance. Not sure if gas pressure was set properly. Service tech commented that this was only the second two stage gas furnace he installed. The exhaust and make-up air piping was reversed. Tech said this wasn't a problem. My concern is that the exhaust line has fewer restrictions and ends with a tee connection so all flue gasses go outside. Make-up air piping has more bends (restrictions) and ends outside with a down facing elbow, not allowing all flue gases to escape. The condensate drain line in my opinion was not installed properly. The safety switch which should be installed in the upper drain hole on the coil. That hole was plugged. The other drain hole had the drain line connected to it, which it should, but the safety switch was put in line with this drain.
