Metro Plumbing

I’ve been using Metro Plumbing for 17 years and have always had a great experience. They’ve ran pipes, fixed leaks, installed a faucet, water heater, sump pump & back up water propelled sump pump-which I highly recommend. Never felt I was being upselled. Always on time and professional. Shout out to Will who usually services our house and takes the time to explain everything to me. i have struggled with this plumbing company as they cannot keep their promises to fix issues promptly. I am in ellingsworth commons. Very dissatisfied and hopeful the owner takes a note on how the business is run as it seems in the past the services have been good based on reviews.

Very horrible way to take care of customer the guy who came out said its impossible to fix the problem and instead of telling the actual owner of the house he just left after telling the contractors I had working for me. What Kline of business does that. I would not recommend metro plumbing to anyone and I personally will never go back not now not ever.
