Plumber came out to look at a water softener leak, said he couldn't do anything "because its not up to code to have a water softener in your garage" (a lie), and left. Was prepared to pay for a new water softener but will give someone else my money I guess. Waste of time.

I was surprised on how good they have a heart. Was told was not going to charge due do knowledge of the plumber Tyler. Should have called them from the start. Will continue to call them in future, & will refer them to others. We are blessed ,and thank you.

I have an old house and had a clog in main sewer line. Tyler came out and accessed the situation and said we were in a bad spot. We hadn’t been able to live in our house for 2 weeks. But they didn’t give up on us. He sent Will out and even though there was a possibility they wouldn’t be able to fix it, they got our drain unclogged and we got our house back! They relieved us of so much stress. I couldn’t be more thankful. They were very professional and experienced and I would recommend to anyone and will always use them in the future! Thank you!
