Clayton Hoover and Sons Roofing

We had Clayton Hoover and Sons replace the floor and carpet in our condo, which was stressful because we live a couple hours away. Jonathon was fantastic at communicating with us and sending pictures along the way, and the place looks amazing now. Even met us at the flooring place to help decide on what flooring would match the cabinets. Highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future for any work needed. Service: Install flooring

This company is about quantity, not quality. Several thousand more than many other companies using the same brand materials. We assumed with them being in business as long as they were, they must be quality, wrong....... They used subcontractors to perform the work. Roof deck repair looked absolutely horrible, but it was fixed after complaint and refusing payment until it was done right. Correct vent plugs were not used during removal of old attic vents, new drip edge not installed. The owner has been promising me for 2 weeks now he will send someone by “tomorrow” to re attach my bath exhaust fan to roof vent. If I could go back in time I would not use this contractor for my roof replacement Service: Install flooring

I had the owner out to take window measurements for replacement. First issue was they only had only ordered 5 of the 6 windows measured. Then blamed covid on the length of time it took for windows to come in. 5 months later after calling back they claimed they switched the window order to a different company. 3 months later they claimed the windows either came in or were a week out. They never followed up on window install. They never installed windows even though I signed a contract with them for the price and install. Very disappointed.
