Good news is that we have power. Bad news is that the cost was 2 times higher than the National average. It was over $4000 for a 200 amp panel replacement… The old panel was labeled and we asked the electrician to label the new panel. He labeled EVERY breaker that he marked incorrectly. The electrician even labeled for our non existent electric dryer. Mr. Electric was quick but the quality of work does not match the price that you are paying for. Poor quality work for an incredibly expensive price. I had Mr Electric come out last year to install new light fixtures and bring some outlets up to code/switch them to GFCI. Everything seemed to work fine at first but after a few weeks, the outlet on the outside of the house didn’t work and the one in the master bedroom wouldn’t either. Had them return, had them claim everything was fixed, and also had them install a [700$!] timer on one outlet related to a pond. Lo and behold, neither the outside outlet nor the timer worked. Asked them to come back… electrician spent five minutes in the house, said the timer worked, and walked out. Have had some of the other things done by this company slowly go wonky since then, so finally had a different electrocution group come back. They fixed everything in 2.5 hours. Was told Mr Electric effectively cut corners and implemented cheap non quality solutions, either because they just thought they could, or because they didn’t actually know how to fi
