Mr. Electric of South Bend

Pathetic. This is a nationally-franchised company that functions like a local little company without the massive resources at hand. I scheduled an appointment for a quote three weeks ago for a two hour (!!) time window that the tech will show up. I take the time off to be at the house. The time window comes and goes with no response from the company. If I didn't call, I don't think I would have ever been updated on what's going on which was, of course, the tech was tied up at another job. What's worse is that I got a reminder text the day before that also asked me to confirm the appointment. I even had a tracking app to follow! But never was I updated about what is going on. I still haven't been followed up by the technician to reschedule and probably will not waste my time. I get it's busy and I was likely going to get a eye-sweltering quote, but just blowing off quotes? That's unprofessional to the nth degree. Avoid this particular franchise and likely all others in the same ilk.

Booking Mr. Electric was very easy. They called and text to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. The installer was very professional, gave us a quick rundown of what was needed for the install and gave us the quote. We agreed to the quote and he finished the job the same day!
