The guy was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. He installed my pump and made sure that it was working properly before he left. He cleaned up everything and he disposed of the old pump. I hired Niezgodski Plumbing & Heating to replace my home HVAC system. I could not be more pleased with the results. Zach did a fantastic job with the new furnace install and the new air conditioner install. Grant and Bryce did an impeccable job assisting Zack. Zack is very knowledgeable about HVAC. I wanted my air conditioner unit moved from one side of the house to the other and they accommodated that request without extra charge. Another company said it would be extra charge to move the a/c unit, and they would need to tear out my basement ceiling to accomplish the task. Zack and Grant did it without touching my ceiling. 0 stars for hot water heater repair. I called to get our hot water heater looked at - we still had hot water, but it was running out quickly so I wanted a diagnostic. They drained it, said they cleaned it, and tried to leave. We asked them to check the "guts", they said the thermostats and heating elements were good. charged us 190.00 and told us if it happened again to give them a call and we would likely need to replace the unit, that repair would cost as much as new unit. Fast forward a month later and we noticed the same issue; after looking at prices of units (500.00 +) vs. the parts to fix it (32.00) we decided to try to fix it ourselves. After draining the unit we discovered at least 6-7 inches of calcium build up in the bottom of the tank, and the bottom element was calcified. This told us: 1. They did not clean it, at least not thoroughly, and 2. If they did check the elements, they were not truthful about the condition of the element nor how it impacted the function of the un
