I had B&W come in for a second opinion after getting a quote from another company for almost $2,000 in repairs. Tom Hicks came in and found all the repairs that I got quoted for didn’t need servicing. I was told I needed the Inducer Motor replaced. Blower wheel cleaned. A filter changed. And duct cleaning. He found the motor to be running great. The blower wheel was clean. And the filter the other company wanted to charge me $680 for didn’t even exist!
