We asked for quote for a new HVAC system and rates were competitive. I was especially impressed with technician Willy Bentley who spent a lot of time trying to make sure our AC unit couldn’t be repaired first before needing to be replaced. I appreciate the thoughtfulness in trying to save us money and lending his time and expertise. I felt he went above and beyond what I was expecting. I would recommend Bentley at Good Guys Heating and Air to anyone needing HVAC service!

The first visit out (July 10) I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and diagnosed what was wrong with my a/c. I have a home warranty since I purchased the house last March so some approval was needed to have the part replaced. It took several phone calls to finally get a date set for replacement to be done (August 3). Technician chose the date and time without checking with me first. I took off work (drove 3 hours to be at the house at the time he chose. 1 hour before said time he contacted me to let me know the part came in wrong and he would have to come the following day. He came the following day to replace the part and then another part was broken. He wasn't able to get that part until Monday. Spent the entire weekend in a house that was 84 degrees + He promised he would be there on Monday at 9am to replace the whole unit (my choice). He called 30 min prior to that to let me know he was going to wait until noon because of the forecast of rain. Stated he would be the

Brandon was professional, informative, and dang good at his job! He all but diagnosed the problem just based on the story, but did a through check of the unit and shared maintenance tips with me as he did. He had the parts on hand for a speedy fix and had our AC up and running in less than 15 min. He took the time to give us a heads up about common problems that our model of furnace has been known to run into, and good preventative maintenance tips. Very pleasant experience, fair prices, and most importantly a job well done before the heat of the day really kicked in! Would recommend!
