I have used Control tech for all of my heating and A/C maintenance since moving to Zionsville, and have not been disappointed. When a new system was needed I chose them over other known companies and received amazing deals. Customer service has always been great and never an issue to get any needs attended to quickly. Nathan did a great job explaining the servicing, and likely life, of my furnace. He gave me things to think about when I replace it. He's serviced my furnace before and I was pleased then, as well. Jim came out (at Nathan's recommendation) to quote new HVAC. He was super informative and listened to what is important to me. Control Tech has never let us down. They installed a new HVAC in both our previous and current homes. The experience was overwhelmingly positive. As for value, Control Tech isn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I trust they have my best interest in mind, unlike Summer's which feels like a money grab. Their technicians are professional and polite and they take their time to explain any issues. I recommend Control Tech to all my friends and family.
