Absolutely Awesome!! You can tell when someone cares about and takes pride in their work. These guys are above that. Family comes in tomorrow, and will be surprised they have plenty of room. What a blessing!!!!!!

I called on Tuesday and told April that I wanted an estimate for a ceiling fan installation. She took my information and contacted one of the technician and got the quote. She called me back quickly with the quote and we scheduled for Thursday morning. She advised me that Austin would be the technician coming out and that he would call me prior to arrival. Austin called me first thing this morning and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He worked quickly and explained what he was doing. After installation, he made sure I was happy with my fan before he started cleaning up. I was so happy with Austin and my experience that I requested quotes for a couple of other projects. I feel that One & Done Handyman has very reasonable prices and a great work ethic. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to everyone. Thank you!

Called for a problem with a leaking skylight... Guy showed up pretty quickly to give an estimate. I was surprised that he never went on the roof to have a look at it, but he quoted $150. Guy came and left while I was gone, but said he did the work. I got an invoice via email within an hour of when he said he did the work. A few days went by and I got a call saying that I needed to pay the invoice immediately or I was going to get a $50 late fee. I told them that I wanted to make sure the fix worked before I was going to pay the invoice, but apparently their "policy" is to charge a $50 late fee after 10 days. I spoke with Neil on the phone yesterday, and told him that I wanted to wait until I was sure the fix worked before I paid. He told me that I was trying to get out of a bill, and asked me to use a hose to spray a skylight on my second story window to test it. I tested it last night, and it still leaked. I tried to pay online today, and I can't pay unless I want to give them their $
