We had a water pipe fail resulting in flooded basement which was remedied prior to calling a plumber. We wanted someone to come and have a look to see if there were other reasons for the flooding. I reached out to Fisher as they were reviewed as a business with a good moral conduct. It was a timely arrival and after looking at the set up and answering some questions about what could have potentially happened, Russell tightened two valves (bathroom and a plastic value). He then billed us $299. It was an absolute shock. There was no repair apart from tightening (there was no leak) two items that he felt needed to be tightened. I am not sure where all the positive reviews come from but I feel terrible about being taken advantage. I would have simply donated the money if he asked but charging that much under the pretext of doing work (or lack there of) with a straight face was absolute disbelief. I needed to repair a pipe burst leak at my outside faucet from the recent big freeze.
