Our air conditioner stopped cooling our home during the recent heatwave (2023) and we had to call for service on a Saturday evening. Matt from D&M arrived within half an hour and not only got the unit running quickly, but patiently explained everything to me and advised how to prevent the issue from recurring. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and my house is no longer 84 degrees thanks to his help.

Had our air conditioner go out yesterday (one of the hottest days of the year), running, but blowing 78 degree air. Have to give a high recommendation to Matt from D&M Mechanical. Called a couple recommended HVAC contractors, and the one that was available wanted a $225 service fee (I assume because it was Sunday and hot) which seemed excessive to me. I was able to get reach Matt from D&M Mechanical. He quoted me a much lower service fee to come out. He was able to show up in less than an hour, diagnosed the failed capacitor quickly, and had us up and running right away for a reasonable price. Our system is original from the home build in 2003 and we know we need a new one but he didn’t do what many contractors do and try to upsell or tell us they need to replace. Matt was honest, further checked the system when the repair was done and ensured that our old system was back up and running without price gouging. D&M is amazing! Our ac wasn’t cooling and we thought it could wait until Monday, but we were wrong. We called them at 10pm on a Saturday night and got a call back 20 minutes later. They were out first thing Sunday morning, and went into detail about what was wrong so we would understand and got our ac cooling again!
