I use Core 1 for plumbing 4 pedicures chairs and 3 sink installation. They work in the evening to keep the noise level down during the day. The guys left my area clean and everything in place when they were done. Also, I received a 1 year warranty for their work. Very impressed with the quality of work performed. Service: Remodeling

1. Job was about a year ago. We had a pretty long “wish list” of repairs and installs. All jobs were done very well and to our satisfaction. Everyone was professional and did great work. We’re very happy with 1Core Construction and would use them again without hesitation. And recommend you to use them too for any work you need done. 2. Early spring 2022 was a job changing a wood 10x10 deck to a 10x12 composite deck. 3. About June of 2022 repairing the wood frame around the garage doors. 4. End of July 2022 bathroom remodel. And I love it. Everyone that has come to see it is really impressed and jealous. Julian is great to work with. Makes great suggestions and listen’s to what you want done.
