Great company! Very fair, professional, responsive and reliable. Our AC went out during the 100F weather we've been having. City Wide came out right away on super short notice and got us a new unit installed the next day and did a great thorough job. Would highly recommend this company. I can't recommend these guys enough. I chose City Wide based on Google reviews and the fact that I didn't see their advertising all over town. Those ads generally are expensive and end consumers usually end up picking up the bill. Steve came by the same day and fixed our AC in the peak of the heat wave. Steve was polite, courteous, and took the time to explain a bunch of newbie questions as I'm a first time homeowner. This is a well run family business. They have expert knowledge but won't charge you an arm and a leg b/c they do good work and get lots (hopefully more now) referrals.

I've had a service contract with Citywide for about five years. They're very good about scheduling maintenance visits. My unit started to act up, and after calling at 8am this morning someone was here by 10:30am. An hour later everything is in working order. This is a very well-run company.
