We had City Wide install a new furnace and air conditioner, and they far exceeded our expectations. In addition to having the best price, George did an outstanding job of installation. The man is a perfectionist and a professional. It's nice to know there are still people who take pride in their work. When I got home, I would not have known he was there were it not for the new furnace sitting in our basement. He left the place spotless. We did run into a problem with the air conditioner compressor, and Doug was at our house immediately to deal with it. He is a man of old school integrity whose word I trust. Instead of looking for excuses he stepped up, acknowledged the problem, and got the Lennox rep. involved. With no hesitation the result was a new compressor.
