Very thorough. I'm helping my daughter at her home and she's had trouble with sewer drainage for over a year. Three times other plumbing companies have rooted the lines in but they never took the time to find the "root" of the problem. :-). The Roto-Rooter team spent time clearing all the lines and found the issue so we can fix it right. They may cost a little more but they earned it. Service: Drain cleaning
Jason was great, very knowledgeable, professional appearance, listened to me about the problem and then told me what he was going to do to fix it. He kept me informed as he progressed with his work, never explained things in a demeaning way to me or my wife .
