Nate was my Service Technician. Nate explained the process he would be taking to clear the drain at every step so I understood. His customer service, communication and professionalism was excellent. If I have another issue I will definitely request Nate. Roto Rooter cost more than the other companies but my insurance company recommended you. Thank goodness my drain is open and water ???? is flowing again! Service: Sewer repair
This is the 3rd time I've used Rotor Rooter in the 100+ year old home I've been in since 1974 and each time they were great and forthright. Keith talked me through the work and explained issues that might have missed (I did miss them).
