We had a backed up exit pipe beyond our garbage disposal in the break room here in our offices. Nate M. Was the Roto-Rooter tech who came to our rescue! He was very professional, and efficient — stuck with it until the job was done — and this clog was no small job! With his knowledge he was able to determine what to do, and more importantly what not to do here on the third third floor of this aging Corporate Woods building. Nate came out after hours to help us with a leaking washer. We’re first-time homeowners and haven’t had any issues like this before, so he was very thorough and helpful walking us through everything.
