Plumber Nate was phenomenal! He did a great job showing up and getting right to work! Nate was able to identify the issue and explained the best solution! Dropped a plastic bottle in the toilet. Roto-rooter was the only company that had availability day of. Technician was friendly and we had a nice change while he worked very efficiently. He was transparent about the costs and explained everything he was doing. This should be the main plumbing company for everyone's needs. Service: Toilet repair
