Oswaldo was a real professional. 10/10. He was just here for a checkup but took the time to work on some preventative maintenance which I’m sure will save me thousands in the long run. And also helped out in areas where he wasn’t required to. Great service
Os is an excellent tech and helped diagnose our AC problems. He got the unit working again and we have cold air running! Really appriciate him coming in on the weekend to help my family out!
In the midst of a heat wave, our AC stopped working. I called Bob Hamilton after hours and their technician, Oswaldo, was here the following morning! Os was very thorough in his diagnosis and took the time to explain everything. He is so knowledgeable and we really appreciated his guidance.
