John Fields is FANTASTIC. He has installed a new AC unit for us and also an in-home humidifier. When there were record high temperatures over the summer, our old AC unit finally gave out. We had terrible luck with our home warranty company and the repair companies they tried to pair us with. We decided to look elsewhere and came across Home Comfort Heating and Cooling. John was extremely responsive, quick to come out to inspect the issues, quick to bring in and install the new AC unit, and his prices were very fair. The same goes for when he installed our humidifier today. He was honest, knowledgeable, calm, and caring. We plan on calling him up again whenever our old heater goes out.
