Elle arrived on time and confirmed the work needing done before starting. I was informed on how each project was going to ensure I was pleased and a final walk through at the end. Drywall and insulation was installed under kitchen cabinet from a plumbing repair, new door knob installed, and video door bell. Elle made sure work areas were cleaned leaving me nothing to do. Can't say enough good things about them. We've had several projects done by Ace Handyman Services and they've all been completed exceptionally and in a timely manner. Laurie even helped me find a shower door despite us not using her for that project. Great company!

I hired Ace handyman services for help with a sliding trashcan that we were unable to open at all. I was told over the phone by Julie that they would open the cabinet, take measurements, and return with a new slider with an estimate of $182 including parts and labor. The tech was able to maneuver the cabinet door off and we found a broken spring that was not reparable. He then told me I had to get a new system and there was nothing else he could do but it should be easy to install myself. I was still charged $145 despite not having new parts or additional labor for installation. I had also been told the handyman could fix a leaking kitchen sink. He looked at it, jiggled the handle, and said he couldn’t fix it nor do he try anything. SO $145 later, I had a nonfunctional sliding trashcan and a persistently dripping sink. Huge ripoff and I do not recommend these services at ALL. Service: Home maintenance & repairs
