After living in our home for 20 years raising our kids we are now empty nesters and it was time to give the main bathroom a much needed update. We replaced the tub and 1980s surrounding tile with a new fiberglass tub and tub surround. New shower and tub fixtures, new toilet and vanity, and a lovely ceramic tile floor. Laurie provided a prompt estimate - with multiple revisions as the the project changed a little along the way - and John and his son arrived to do the work about 3 weeks later. We couldn't be more pleased with Laurie's communication before and throughout the project, and also with John's excellent work installing our envisioned upgrades! Kudos to John for noticing that our purchased new tub had a slight manufacturing defect that was unknown and unseen until the tub was unboxed and ready to be installed. Elle arrived on time and confirmed the work needing done before starting. I was informed on how each project was going to ensure I was pleased and a final walk through at the end. Drywall and insulation was installed under kitchen cabinet from a plumbing repair, new door knob installed, and video door bell. Elle made sure work areas were cleaned leaving me nothing to do.
