I hired All Pro for my kitchen cabinets and sink, roof over garage and breezeway, and brand new HVAC renovation which left me with a less than satisfactory experience. While the project manager, was friendly, we encountered challenges in him effectively communicating project timelines and inspection arrangements. Though most of the work displayed good craftsmanship, there were more than a few minor setbacks that required rectification, and I must commend them for addressing those promptly. However, a significant issue arose when they “mistakenly” utilized roofing material on moldy decking across our breezeway, deeming it acceptable. Following a lengthy discussion, we reached an agreement that entailed my responsibility for additional decking and railing materials, while they would cover the remaining expenses. Chad and Melcher were great fixing floor joists that needed to be extended because they were slipping off the sill plate. Very good job, quality repair and didn't take any short cuts. Fixed it correctly. They were very nice professional guys who were very timely. Dillan did plumbing work under the kitchen sink to repair/replace shut off valves and installed a new facet and hooked up the dish washer. Very friendly professional who worked fast and did a great job. We would recommend these guys for any job around the house. We will keep them at the top of the list for any repairs we need. Highly recommend! All Pro is professional, responsive and provides excellent quality. We had a complete exterior paint and wood repair on our home and deck and it looks brand new! Their in house designer, Sherri Foster was instrumental in making this project come together. She did multiple site visits to help coordinate design + color choices.
