We are so lucky to have found Andy's. We have used them for all our plumbing needs since 2019. We have been 100% satisfied with every aspect, every time. Today Victor was here on time, was helpful with explaining different possible causes and solutions to the water heater leak. He was able to start with the most affordable solution and that was all we needed. He also pointed out another possible area of concern in our utility area and we opted to have him take a look- he was also able to fix that for much less than cost of replacing. We appreciate that Andy’s Pipe Dream’s company policy is that a technician determines what work is needed and gives an estimate with no charge for coming to the residence. Mike was thorough and clear in explaining needed repairs. There were a couple of items that didn’t need as much work as estimated, so when he finished he deducted that amount from the original estimate. We were able to be serviced the day we called, and we received a text with the technician’s photo when he was on his way. He left the work space clean, and our dog liked him (that says a lot!) Ryan was the professional that assessed my situation, he gave me several recommendations in different price points and let me decide what was best for my bathroom. I went with new toilet installation and they got rid of the old one! I am grateful for that. Ryan was efficient, quick, and courteous. An exemplary person that represents your company well.
