Great work and extremely reasonable pricing. After getting the runaround from the service company that held our warranty that came with purchasing our house, we were very happy to find an honest company to install our new heater. Recently purchased a home where previous owner needed to repair/replace AC. After start up of unit in spring/summer there was numerous issues. Capes was contacted and initial response was empathetic and responsive but required 4 separate services over a 3 month span of time to correct install issues. After latest issue, we were ghosted by Capes with no response to correct faulty actions.
