Extra charge for service on the weekends, which is to be expected. Easy to get an appointment. My AC unit was covered under a parts warranty. Technician didn’t have the needed part with him, so he installed an upgrade ($200 more), then asked me if that was okay. Otherwise he was going to take it out, leave, and come back with the other (covered under warranty) part that was known to fail. I know I could have said no, but I didn’t appreciate that tactic. Really knew their business,wasn't trying to price gauge,found the issue and came up with a solution.Very satisfied with the company and the work that was done,they are professionals, cleaned up their mess everything was looking and running good,coming back to add a drain pump.
