Our family handyman pro was Don from Lula. He was simply AMAZING! Don was patient, thorough, and professional. He properly elevuated the work orders that he was sent to complete. After completing those work orders, I asked about another hazard within the home. He took the time to reached back out to the office, and he got those approved to complete those work orders with in a timely manner. "Safety first" was his concern and my family is very appreciative of his time and work that he completed. Thank you so much again Don for having our backs!! when I called concerning my ac unit. someone was sent out the next day to find what the issue was. It was resolved the same day. The technician was very knowledgeable about this issue. Each time I have issue Lula always complete the task.
