Lula

Our family handyman pro was Don from Lula. He was simply AMAZING! Don was patient, thorough, and professional. He properly elevuated the work orders that he was sent to complete. After completing those work orders, I asked about another hazard within the home. He took the time to reached back out to the office, and he got those approved to complete those work orders with in a timely manner. "Safety first" was his concern and my family is very appreciative of his time and work that he completed. Thank you so much again Don for having our backs!! They promise contractors tons of work in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, but their platform never had work. 4 months of being registered I received 5 work orders all out of range and also requiring licensed plumbers or electricians. McKenna convinced me of all sorts of work and when I quit my job and went out on my own, luckily I had customers and jobs lined up because Lula failed to deliver. Do not subcontract for Lula in New Hampshire Massachusetts or Maine, they send jobs requiring licensed trades.

Our repair guy came out quickly! Got us a temporary fix for a fridge until our part came in a few days later. When he returned it was just as quick as the first time. We appreciated the advise to avoid another fridge not freezing or getting cold
