Tyler showed up out of the blue and asked if we had any roof damage from a recent hail storm. I told him I didn't think so but we knew we needed to replace the roof at some point so I said as long as it didn't cost anything he could go up there and take a look. When he was done he said we did have some damage and he helped us start a claim with our insurance. I figured that was the end of it. I didn't expect insurance would cover any of the damage but he told me to let him know when the insurance inspector was scheduled to come by and he would show up to make sure he saw everything he noted. What do you know, our claim was approved and I owe that to Tyler. He was great every step of the process. He even went out of his way to grab some samples when we weren't sure about the color of shingle we wanted. He walked us through the whole process and made sure that everything went according to schedule and followed up on every question and concern we had. The roofing crew was great. They work

We got the cold sales pitch one afternoon and sent them on their way. Turns out another neighbor signed up and had their roof and gutters replaced by them and had no negative experiences. They came back again a couple of weeks later and I entertained Tyler’s discussion. I knew our roof was aging itself out and we had a couple of storms the past year that had the possibility of damaging the roof. Sure enough, their initial inspection turned up concerns (no surprise there), and then when my insurance company did their inspection, they confirmed it all. Overall there was more damage than I expected on a 10 year old roof.
