Summit Heating and Cooling

We have been using Summit for several years out of their NKC branch and have always been happy with their services. Our service techs today cam from their Overland Park branch and delivered the same great service that we have come to expect from the company. They were professional, courteous, called a bit before their arrival to let us know they were going to be a little bit early. They took the time to explain general maintenance we can complete on our own to keep our system running well throughout the year and installed a filter that we had on hand. They didn't pressure us to purchase anything that they recommended through the visit but did offer several things we could upgrade for just in case situations. Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance or full installs. Wow! I called on a wing and a prayer to get emergency call out service and spoke with Justin. He was amazing (very professional, kind, and helpful) and worked with me to find a way to get me taken care of! Also: I had been calling around to other companies and asked one of them who they would call (or not call). Without skipping a beat, that person said “call summit. By far the best company I've ever used. Exceptional quality, communication, service, speed, and more. I tell everyone how amazing these guy's are on every level. Mike who came out to give us a quote and tell us what we need for our house. The installers for doing such a great job removing all of the old equipment, installing the new equipment. It looks super clean and very professional. They left the HVAC area spotless way cleaner than it was before. They then had Justin from their quality department come out and do an inspection to make sure it's working properly and fix any existing issues with the new system. He walked through the new thermostat and water heater settings. I will always be a lifelong customer of Summit.
