They provided excellent service, even called to see if they could come early to beat the impending rain. Both men were very respectful and finished the repairs earlier then expected. Nathan took time to show me what was broken and explain the repairs that were needed. I would definitely recommend this company.

Since moving to Shawnee 33 years ago, we have never enjoyed better HVAC service than Heart of America. When we lost AC in 100 degree heat, Heart of America responded promptly. Technician John restored the AC, and saved us $1380 by repairing a control board back at their shop rather than buying a new one. He also replaced a failed transistor, which unfortunately, failed within a week. The co-owner, Ernest, arrived in short order, replaced the failed transistor, diagnosed why it failed and fixed it. At no cost! In the process, he discovered our 15 year old HVAC had been installed with incorrect settings and fixed that too. As a result, our HVAC works better now than it ever has.
