Zach first told me about his impressive background, then listened intently to what I thought my plumbing problem was, according to another company. I said we (my daughter, son-in-law and myself) had figured out that the 2 back-to-back bathroom sinks were causing the leak in the basement. We had turned off the water to those sinks 2 days prior and the leak had stopped. Zach asked if the other company suggested running a snake through to see if the line would open. I said no, so he suggested that be a starting point. VOILA! It worked and there was no leak in the basement! I understand the geriatric plumbing needs to be replaced, but the other company gave me one quote, then came back after the co-owner “looked” at it (he did not look at it at all, but sat in a chair and made a decision from pictures another guy was taking!)
