Mike was awesome. Took the time to give me a quick run down of the components of my hvac system he was checking and why. Personable and professional, recommended some upgrades and pros and cons for comparison of each, I would recommend him and his representation of Mission was excellent. Not gonna lie, I was very impressed by putting in a call for service at 8pm on a Saturday night as the first hot day of the year closed and getting service in an hour. Good luck to the competition. Overall, my experience was great! Everyone who came out was amazing and super knowledgeable. They were able to explain everything very nicely and took the time to answer any questions I had no matter what they were. From start to finish the whole process was straightforward and painless. Patrick was awesome. He took the time to come out and check out my old system and gave me a detailed outline of what would work best for my home. Lastly, shout out to the guys who actually came out to install my new system. Gary, Corey, Brian and Trevor, you guys rock!! This is not the first time I’ve used Mission Plumbing but I will be calling them again if I have other plumbing issues. The plumber, Kenton Turpin, did an excellent job of replacing a leaking shut off valve for my washer. He quickly diagnosed the issue gave me a price and had all the necessary tools on his truck to effect the repair. It took longer to get the water shut off in my building than it did for Kenton to do his work. I’m very happy with the work, the price was reasonable and excellent service! I’ll use Mission Plumbing again in the future!
