Jake and his crew are the best! Met with Jake on a Tuesday, received a great quote and they were able to install our new a/c and furnace the next day. My HVAC system had terrible air flow and could never keep up during the summer months since the day I moved into my home. Over the last few years, my old system was getting worse and home was becoming more uncomfortable to be in, especially during the summer months. I called Patriot Heating & AC to come out for an inspection of my system. At that time, it was discovered that my A/C had multiple leaks and would need to be replaced. I took this opportunity to work with Jake to help spec out, and address our ongoing airflow issues and cooling issues with our existing unit. Jake explained what options were available to me and what upgrades to our existing configuration would need to take place to address our concerns. I am happy to say it's been two weeks since Jake's crew installed our new Rheem furnace and A/C and our house hasn't been more comfortable since from a cooling standpoint! Our home can easily reach 70 degrees with the AC where that was never possible with the old unit.

We had an extreme heat emergency today on a Sunday morning with expected high temp of 105 degrees. Our AC wasn't cooling overnight and had stopped running completely by morning; our inside temp was already 80 degrees at 7:30 AM. We called Patriot around 8:00 AM. Stephanie answered the phone (please accept our apology if we didn't remember your name correctly) and let us know they could be here at 11:00 AM same morning, then called us a few minutes later letting us know they could be here earlier at 10:00 AM. Jake contacted Mike who SO graciously came on his day off, a day he wasn't on call, just out of kindness. Mike quickly & efficiently got our AC working again within a few short minutes. We are so appreciative for Patriot's speedy team coordination & response to get us taken care of. Thank you so much, Stephanie, Jake, and Mike!!
