Jake came to my home and did a full inspection of my current system and let me know all of my options. He patiently explained things to me and helped me pick the best system for me and my home including a water heater. Everyone on his team is professional and courteous from phone calls to on-site visits, I really can't thank them enough. Since the install, my home is much more comfortable and the system runs smoothly and way less often. Patriot's knowledge, prices, service contracts, and warranty can not be topped. Have used Patriot for HVAC preventative maintenance and recently had them replace my furnace, A/C unit, water heater and add a water softener.
