Jake engaged with us personally after we reached out with a hot water heater/humidifier disaster, asked me to send him a video of what was occurring and then came to our house after mid-night to ensure all was safe and could be addressed the following morning. We had a very old unit in our home. It was struggling to keep the house cool in the unusually high temps. On a recommendation from a friend who used Paappo The experience from start to finish with Patriot was outstanding! Jake, the owner, visited us personally to find out what our goals were, and to help us decide what to do. He was very sympathetic to our financial situation and went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Jake was concerned about the upcoming heat wave about to hit and contacted me with an offer. I scheduled the install, which was only a few days after our conversation. His guys (Mike and Steve) arrived and were every bit as helpful, professional and tentative as Jake said they’d be. They finished the complete install in less time than originally stated, even though we did an add on to our system.
