I was in the market for a complete combo system replacement, mine had quit functioning all together and I had taken several bids. I'm so glad I contacted this company. Their bid was well below their competitors. They showed up on a blustery cold Monday on time (big deal to me) and had the old system removed and the new system installed and operational in just 2 hours. Went well above and beyond my expectations... replaced items that were sub standard and out of code with good quality replacements. Top notch service and really quality equipment. I had researched the replacement combo (Goodman) and I am more than happy. Thank you so much 1st Choice. When I need HVAC service yours is the only number I'm going to need. I rarely write reviews but the owner and staff here are extremely rude and disrespectful. They are a bunch of babies that cannot communicate and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. My ac unit lasted me only 2 years and they will leave you high and dry because they don’t know how to communicate. I felt racially profiled and unsafe and the owners exact words to me were “this is merica, I can refuse service to you just cause” and hung up on me. very professional. Save the time and stress and DON’T USE THEM!
