Talk about Quality without comprise! The integrity this company has is very refreshing. This team is on-time, dedicated, and motivated to make the customer happy. Most the time I feel like I was raked over the coals after a company comes out for repair/service with high mark ups and rushed service. I was very happy with the service and highly recommend using Action Heating and Air. Our coils and outside continuing unit had to be replaced and for the few days it took for parts to get here, they limped out old unit along and kept it going to make sure we were not without A/C. There was good communication throughout the whole process. Installation was quick, and the technicians that came out were friendly and professional. Great customer service!
