Eck Services

We had a leak coming from the ceiling in our downstairs bathroom early Wednesday morning. I called right as Eck opened and within an hour the team was here. The pipe was in a very tight spot against the duct, so they had to maneuver in order to make the repair. Thankfully, we were all set by about lunch time and the price was very reasonable. We’ve lived here for almost two years and have had a hard time finding companies that are as professional as Eck. Should we have any further issues, they will be our first call. Our AC went out a week ago over the weekend and while very hot. Eck was very responsive and sent a tech as promised. Once he arrived Blake was very professional and knowledgeable. Our unit is older and we were concerned that it was dead. Blake said I can fix it no problem and was very transparent pointing out a wiring issue and finding the board was bad due to arcing. He had part on truck and quickly repaired. Due to such fair pricing and good service while here we also had him do a full PM. Unit performs outstanding now. Jayden Murphy is a great employee of Eck Services! He was very friendly and courteous. He was very thorough and respectful to my yard and home.
