I have had a few issues with my heating and air units over the years, and they always treat me well. Service is prompt and always professional. They service my units regularly to keep repairs down. The tech was very punctual and polite and I'm thankful the techs work after-hours. However, I should have been made aware of the absolutely inflated prices. I do expect to pay more for emergency or after-hours repairs, but $600+ for a $20 part and 20 minutes of work is ridiculous. Especially since he didn't carry the correct part and had to "Frankenstein" pieces together. I'll order the correct part and redo the repair myself. However,
