Works hard, supports his family, does his best, gives it his all.
They're crooks... They say they give free estimates but instead they charged me $45 as a service call + $160 2hr min charge & I never even authorized them to complete the work. In fact they never even gave me an estimate of the work ever. Not to mention parts. On top of all that when I expressed surprise at the bill they were rude to me. I will NOT be using them again or recommend them! UPDATE: the problem that they supposedly fixed (two outlets that weren't working) quite working a few weeks after they came out. And now they are threatening me because I refused to pay the outrageous & erroneous bill they sent me. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE CROOKS! Update! They are now trying to call ME the liar even tho their web page CLEARLY states free estimates, not specifying trouble shooting as an exception, which is probably half their clients.
Needed a construction service pole installed and came out and did the job nicely. Very thorough and communicative.
