Our air conditioner quit working and the weather got extremely hot. Roth sent out someone to diagnose the problem. The next morning they sent someone to give us a bid to fix it. They sent technicians out the same day and the problem was fixed the same day. Literal life savers!
We have used Roth's for several years for both our furnace and AC maintenance. (They upgraded our furnace and installed our AC.) They are always responsive, polite, good communicators on appointments and price, professional, and effective. We have had several techs over the years and they have all been great.
