I used this company to install my A/C unit and they forgot to put the insulation on around my pipes. I called the company and spoke with the owner. The owner proceeded to call me a liar and said that the techs who have been in that line of work for 10+ years may have forgotten to do it before but he don’t believe they forgot it this time and I’m a liar. After that he became very rude and started yelling at me and told me to hang the dam* phone up because I told him his company has bad customer service!!!! I will never use this company again!!! I’d used this business for all my hvac but had to go elsewhere to get the work done. Tried getting my A/C fixed as it stopping blowing cold, you call them and they say ok we will call you back and let you know but they never call back just wasting your time, after 2 days of this I went with a more responsive company Who will get my repeat business going fwd. They are always very fast and very responsive. I have had a couple different AC emergencies over the past few years, and they are always out that day, and they have had the piece needed on hand. They're very friendly and always professional. two thumbs up.
