Had to replace the water heater in the home. Bought a new water heater from Home Depot and used the Home Depot installation service. K W Mechanical was the company contracted to install. The technician kept me informed when he would show up to do the work. Took out the old gas power vent heater and installed the new in less than two hours. Did have an issue with the power vent line hitting the water pipe during operation which would produce a noise that was transmitted thru the pipes. No worries, K W sent a technician out to fix the problem with no charge.
Very easy to deal with! They worked with us on the quote and worked around our very specific needs for installation of a new system. This company has a very honest and ethical approach to doing business. I would highly recommend!
I’m so impressed with Brian, KW Mechanical and their whole staff. I’ve had plumbing, HVAC and electrical work completed and everyone that has came out has been wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable with their craft.
