John Knochelmann came to our house and conducted a very thorough examination of our heating and air conditioning unit for replacement. We love the fact that he was honest and didn't try to talk us into upgrades and unnecessary equipment for our particular needs. He's very personable, knowledgeable and has the experience to know what he's talking about. We saw him on a Friday and our unit was installed the following Monday. On Monday Dave and Richard arrived for the installation of our new heating and A/C units. They were polite, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and professional. The entire replacement was very involved and took just over 12 hours. They just kept plugging away until the entire job was completed.
