Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

Came out to our house to provide an estimate of 3000 to hydrojet our clogged output line. Didnt even look at the access pipe. Rotorooter quoted 1400 and Gardner Plumbing came out, quoted, and water jetted our line in 40 minutes for 950 one hour after requesting estimate. Took videos of our sewer pipe and showed where the tree root clogs were.We were all fixed up in an hour. I question if Scheller Knochelman is a business you can trust. I have my doubts.The Schneller rep said it would take all day and promised he was being honest and up front. May God have mercy.

We had Cody for our initial visit. Doug and Derrick (I think) took care of installation next day. Communication was great. They answered all our questions and let us know when they were on their way. Did a great job and cleaned everything up afterwards. We appreciate their service.

Ian came to my home today as my AC was broken. I was so impressed! He arrived on the dot and was careful to look at so many different possible issues that it could be. He took his time and most of all explained it in layman’s terms so I could understand. He is a seasoned professional, super friendly personality and has the much appreciated energy to go up and down the steps and outside a gazillion times. I’ve had such lazy techs in the past that want to leave before they enter the home. He was a breath of fresh, cold and comfortable air! Also, I was thoroughly impressed that he came 4 hours after my call to the business. On days that are 90-96* and horrid humidity, that’s a game changer for me. The thermostat problem was fixed and he explained the easy programming and was not rushed to leave in a rush.
