5/5 stars! They are personable. I spoke with a person to make the appointment. They were timely for an issue we with our a/c. They were responsive when we asked for a quote for new HVAC. We felt no pressure to sign that night, but saw that they were a top notch company that hire trained and professional workers. Overall, we will continue to call on Arlinghaus for any need that arises.

I can’t say enough about what a great experience we had with Justin during our hvac install! He was very professional, and walked us through the step-by-step process. Very friendly and approachable, as well as easy to talk with about our hvac problems in terms we could understand. We have worked with Arlinghaus in the past, and as usual, their employees are professional, helpful, and attentive to the homeowners problem. Communication is superb with Arlinghaus. During my experience, I received texts with an estimated time of arrival, pictures of the technician, names of the technician, as well as the service request being addressed. Had a wonderful experience. We have a 9 month old and our furnace went out in 30 degree temperatures. I spoke with Brenda who was super friendly and helped me quickly get a tech to my home .Arlinghaus had Colby out the same night to diagnose the issue . Even though it was late he was very friendly and knowledgeable Our 24 year old unit had kicked the bucket .Arlinghaus had Tyler out the next morning to work with on pricing and financing. He did everything he could to make sure we got the best deal. Steve and Jude arrived by early morning . They were super friendly and had my new unit installed before my wife even got home from work .
