I have used Neiheisel Plumbing for years. Their staff is helpful and courteous, especially in emergency situations. I highly recommend them.

I would HIGHLY recommend using Neiheisel plumbing. Their entire team was kind, reliable and overall did a great job with a tough project. The project at our 110 year old home took 5 days to complete and they cleaned up after themselves everyday and made sure to have the water off in our home for as little time as possible and were super positive and happy every time my husband or I chatted with them. Great service, fair prices, and a great team.

This company does awful work, and they are very unresponsive. They also reach out to you a year after they did work at your house and say "we were doing a little housekeeping and noticed you still have an invoice that has not been paid". I called them back and left a vm questioning this because I always pay my bills on time, and if I'm not in town at the time of service I call with my credit card info, so I wanted someone to call me back and discuss this ( and I was not happy to get a call about a year old bill they had just found). No one returned my call....weeks went by. Then the water heater (that's 2.5 years old) started leaking, and I called and left another message asking for help. Their accounting person who got back with me ( I think she's the owners wife) was nasty, sarcastic, and down right rude. She told me I would have to clear up the outstanding invoice first and then we could talk about the leaking water heater. I was between a rock and a hard place, so I paid the year o
